Christina Ricci
To be honest, Christina is here because she is the latest incarnation of the archetype. She’s hot, what can I say? I’m a pig.
But I do love her work as well, especially The Addams Family (1991), and The Addams Family Values (1993), even though is a kid in it. Her stoic, deadpan Wednesday is just precious:
"Who do you dress like somebody just died?"
"Wait."
In Grad School, one of my office mates, Gabe, was a Jodi Foster fanatic, so we always kept an eye out for each other's obsessions. He'd bring me pictures of Ricki Lake or Christina Ricci he'd come across, while I'd give him everything Jodi Foster I found.
